Position Summary

Responsible for the overall portfolio development of all BUs

  • Assist in the execution of the development and growth of the new and current accounts both direct and through distributors as directed by their Regional Sales Managers.

 Principal Responsibilities

  • Promote Teleflex products in key accounts
  • Standardization of new products: Product evaluation management
  • Promote workshops within customers
  • Reinforce products features and benefits, discussing and explaining Scientific studies
  • Product training and presentations on Teleflex products to distributors team as well to end costumers
  • Knowledge of main competitor products
  • Update and follow up of Anvisa process to keep customers updated about all products available
  • Development/ execution of strategic product conversion
  • Customer Interface to collect and better understand needs
  • Demand generation to increase product consumption
  • Analysis cost x effectiveness-trainings with the team of distributors
  • ABC curve of products
  • Alignment with Product Managers to update portfolio about discontinuations and products replacement and/or any product changes;
  • Assist in the elaboration of the marketing material (translation correction, material applicability, best customer use)
  • Encourage and monitor work and case studies with the use of Teleflex products

Education / Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years of proven clinical experience in related environment 

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

  • Product training and standardization experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Requires travel 60 % of time
  • Basic proficiency in CRM/Sales Force, MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
